The opportunity
We are looking for candidates with freight brokerage sales experience who can work onsite at our Las Colinas office. Come join our rapidly growing team.
What you’ll do
- Work to close new business for the company through inside and outside sales.
- Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your own customer service methods.
- Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.
- Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with your team members and external resources to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
- Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed.
What we look for
- Minimum one year of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience.
- Existing book of business preferred.
- Proven success in prospecting and closing new business.
- CRM experience preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Experience with transportation management systems and industry tools preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
