Every Freight Flex W-2 employee receives the benefits below. Recruiting will review plan details and enrollment timing during the hiring process.
Year one includes 80 hours of paid time off. Beginning in year two, employees can accrue up to 120 hours per year, with up to 80 unused hours carrying forward. Three sick days accrue immediately.
Medical, dental and vision coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Freight Flex covers 75% of the employee health insurance cost.
W-2 employees can participate in a 401(k) plan with a company match.
Six paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a weekend, employees receive the nearest Friday or Monday off.
Maternity and parental leave are available to W-2 employees.
Every W-2 employee receives $15,000 in life insurance coverage paid by Freight Flex at no cost to the employee.
