Carrier vetting that happens before every dispatch
Most cargo theft, fraud and claims trace back to who was allowed to haul the load. Freight Flex combines carrier compliance tools with an agent success team available 24/7 to help reduce cargo theft, fraud and claims and support shipment visibility. Carriers must hold active authority for one year or more, carry a Satisfactory or Unrated FMCSA safety rating and maintain $1M auto liability plus $100K cargo insurance. Double-brokering and identity fraud are screened before dispatch and monitored in transit, and no Highway Identity Alerts or Carrier 411 reports are permitted. Whether the shipment is a full truckload, a single LTL pallet or a container off the port, the same bar applies.
Shipment security from pickup to proof of delivery
Knowing where your freight is should not require chasing anyone. The VIN is verified on every shipment through Highway Load Lock, so the truck that arrives at your dock is the truck that was dispatched. Live ELD tracking is required whenever applicable, and MacroPoint GPS covers ELD-exempt Sprinter vans and straight trucks, keeping even small expedited equipment visible in transit. For high-value loads, supplemental cargo insurance is available up to $2,000,000 per shipment beyond standard carrier coverage. Freight Flex is also a TSA Certified Indirect Air Carrier with airport delivery by TSA-compliant drivers, extending the same security discipline to time-critical air freight.
