Chief Compliance Officer
Michael Grace serves as chief compliance officer of Freight Flex, where he oversees regulatory compliance, risk management, carrier vetting and cargo security across the network.
Michael is an executive with extensive expertise in US trade compliance, southern border logistics and global supply chain management. His background includes risk management and compliance leadership at Nolan Transportation Group along with earlier roles at Cowan Systems and Echo Global Logistics.
He is an active voice in the industry’s fight against cargo theft and fraud, appearing on panels at events including the Broker-Carrier Summit and national cargo security summits. His work keeps Freight Flex customers protected on both sides of the border.
