Breanna Condon serves as vice president of agency success at Freight Flex, leading the independent agent program that sits at the heart of the company.
She was Freight Flex’s first employee and has grown with the company, advancing from supply chain operations manager to director of agent success before stepping into her current role.
Breanna oversees agent onboarding, back office support and agent success, making sure every independent agent has the tools, answers and backing to grow their book.
Before Freight Flex she worked in client solutions at Tricon Energy, an international petrochemical trading firm.
